ORDER CANCELATION and Product Exchange POLICY

Real Casual, we trust that our customers satisfaction is must for us. Hence, we have a cancellation policy. 

 * 360° Parcel opening video is mandatory in any case of Defect/ Size issue/ Wrong Product/ or any kind of issues

* We supply product as per your order but in case of any Exchange of size customer has to bear shipping charges of both side (Return and Reship) subject to availability of size and product

* Without 360° parcel opening video we will not entertain any issue

* Only unused and original condition products with complete accessories can be exchanged under above given terms & Conditions

How can you cancel an order at www.kurtireseller.com?

If unfortunately, by any reason you want to cancel an order, kindly inform us by call us on +91 89497 83399, within 24 hours of order time. Or if we did not ship it in 24 hours than you can cancel it before we ship it out. If you cancel the order before it shipped, there will no cancelation fees and you will get your money back after deducting 2.5% Payment Gateway Charges, within 7 to 10 days.

If you want to cancel after your product is already shipped:

Once the parcel is shipped you cannot cancel the order, because it is not in our hands right now, that will be delivered to your given address for sure !

Please note the customized order or discounted order cannot be cancelled in any condition, apart from defective product. In case of defective product please provide video of parcel opening.
